Duncan joined Temple as Arboricultural Department Lead in 2024 and has already begun to develop strong relationships with the Temple family, identifying collaborative areas of expertise to benefit clients changing needs.
Prior to joining Temple, Duncan spent ten years as a topographical surveyor, site engineer and senior building surveyor before returning to university as a mature student to gain his degree in Arboriculture. Duncan brings his knowledge of the construction industry and arboriculture into focus by specializing in planning, construction and utilities in relation to arboriculture.
Duncan has previously led successful, high-performing teams specialising in arboriculture and urban forestry with a fresh, innovative and inspiring leadership style. Collaboration has always been a priority in Duncans desire to provide an exemplary client experience while also promoting Arboriculture as a key component in the development of urban environments and wellbeing of the people and wildlife that call them home.
Outside of the office, Duncan enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering for worthwhile causes. Duncan also enjoys clay shooting, walking, listening to music and dancing.
