20.04.2023 1 min read

We are delighted to announce Hounslow Council has granted planning permission and listed building consents for Hanworth Park House, Feltham.

Temple was appointed to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and coordinate the preparation and delivery of an Environmental Statement (ES) for submission as part of a hybrid planning application to the London Borough of Hounslow. In addition to EIA coordination, Temple authored specific specialist topic chapters for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Human Health, along with preparing a standalone Health Impact Assessment.

The Proposed Development includes the:
• Restoration and conversion of the existing Grade II listed Hanworth Park House, to create a community hub;
• Construction of up to 180 private dwellings and 120 affordable dwellings; and
• Environmental improvements.

Temple collaborated with 5Plus Architects, BPTW, PT Planners and the London Borough of Hounslow, and many other excellent professionals to achieve a successful outcome for the project.
