Tom joined Temple in September 2023 and is a Graduate Consultant within the EIA Infrastructure team. With an academic background in law, he brings a professional regulatory focus to all projects he is a part of.
Since joining Temple’s Manchester office, Tom has worked on infrastructure schemes of varying scales in both the English and Welsh planning systems. He has contributed and produced EIA and SEA deliverables across various internal and external disciplines including Ecology, Cultural Heritage, Landscape & Visual, Aviation and Telecommunication among others. With an interest in the energy sector, Tom has worked across Wind Farm, utility-scale Solar, and Interconnector projects.
Prior to joining Temple, Tom completed a master’s degree in LLM Environment and Law at Lancaster University.
Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, running, and mountaineering.
