Joseph joined Temple in 2012 as a Graduate Consultant in the Digital Delivery (then GIS) team and has since been promoted to Principal Consultant.
He has worked extensively on HS2, beginning on the Phase 1 EIA, then early works and main works contracts, through to the Phase 2b Appraisal of Sustainability and Hybrid Bill environmental statement more recently, on which he has led the map production team. Over the years he has built up a close working relationship with Temple’s ecology division, working on No Net Loss habitat assessments and Ancient Woodland strategy documents, and lead on survey data delivery processes.
Before joining Temple, Joseph graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and worked in renewable energy development in the north-east of England, and construction environmental management in London.
Joseph is a dad of two and enjoys playing the drums, cycling, and taking photos (when time permits).
