Andy joined Temple in 2009 as a Consultant and is now Associate Director within the Infrastructure team, working predominantly on the co-ordination and delivery of large scale infrastructure projects. He is also a people manager for the EIA infrastructure team.
Andy initially led the GIS and data management of the HS2 Phase 1 Appraisal of Sustainability (AoS) before moving into the Infrastructure team, leading and supporting in the delivery of the HS2 Phase 2 AoS. He is currently a key member of the Stakeholder Engagement team supporting the HS2 Phase 2 Environmental Statement
Andy has strong background and technical understanding of GIS, spatial and network analysis, having been involved in and a leading on a range of location based development projects ranging from the automotive to sustainability sectors. He has a broad knowledge and experience with EIA and SEA, providing significant input to into a number high profile projects, including HS2 Phase 2 and Northern Powerhouse Rail, both in terms of technical input but also project management, co-ordination, public consultation and client delivery.
