Stephen is a Director in the Manchester office and has worked for Temple for over four years, he performs a dual role working across the EIA infrastructure and planning teams. Stephen is a Chartered Town Planner and specialist EIA practitioner.
Stephen has worked on a variety of projects including the EIA for HS2 Phase 2b, providing planning support for the Our Hospital Project in Jersey and acting as framework manager for Network Rail’s Design Services Framework.
Prior to Temple, Stephen worked at RSK, Drivers Jonas, Scott Wilson and also spent time in two north west-based Local Authorities.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young family, walking his springer cross Labrador Olive, gardening and supporting Manchester United and Lancashire County Cricket Club.
