Temple Group retains IEMA EIA Quality Mark status

Temple is pleased to announce that it has once again retained its IEMA EIA Quality Mark status following the annual independent review of its EIA performance and staff development. The company achieved a straight ‘pass’ against all the review criteria which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to continual improvement and excellence in EIA.

Also included was a review of our Norton Bridge Grade Separated Junction Environmental Statement prepared for Network Rail. In addition to meeting the required IEMA standards we were particularly commended on the following:

  • The inclusion of a commitment to a Construction Environment Management Plan which assures a formal structure for implementing the mitigation measures identified in the ES. This approach aligns with IEMA’s good practice guidance in relation to Environmental Management Plans.
  • The use of a scoping response log providing an effective method of demonstrating compliance with scoping responses.

Temple is a founder member of the EIA Quality Mark scheme and one of only around 40 consultancies currently holding the quality mark. In addition to providing a full suite of EIA technical services, Temple also provides independent expert reviews of Environmental Statements for developers and local authorities.
