Tsz Kan joined Temple in March 2021 and is a Principal Consultant within the EIA property team. She is an experienced Project Manager, working on a range of environmental assessment projects in the UK. Tsz Kan is a member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA).
Tsz Kan has undertaken EIAs for the retail, residential, commercial and industrial sectors, with a particular focus on urban regeneration projects. Recent projects of note include managing and coordinating EIAs for Signal Park Phase Two (a residential-led, mixed-use development, including up to 1,037 new residential homes and commercial and community space) for Signal Park LLP, Bromley by Bow (a residential-led, mixed-use development, including up to 2,134 new residential homes) for St William Homes LLP, and Ansty Garden Community (a mixed-use development, providing up to 1,450 new residential homes, up to 90 residential care home units, primary school space, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school space and a local centre) for Fairfax Acquisitions Ltd.
Before Temple, Tsz Kan spent time working at URS/AECOM and Trium Environmental Consulting LLP as a Project Manager on EIAs for urban regeneration projects. At those consultancies, she worked on schemes such as South Quay Plaza, Trent Park, 70 Gracechurch Street and 2-3 Finsbury Avenue. Tsz Kan has worked with several property developers including, but not limited to Berkeley Homes, Tenacity Group, and British Land. Her favourite and most challenging project to date was leading the delivery of the EIA for the Bromley by Bow development, an incredibly complex residential-led, mixed-use, hybrid scheme, to redevelop the former Bromley by Bow Gasworks site in Newham.
Outside of the office, Tsz Kan is a fan of undertaking arts and crafts.
