Steve leads the PMO (Project Management Office) at Temple and is responsible for supporting the business to ensure that we manage client projects effectively and efficiently. His responsibilities include financial management of our largest projects, project governance, supporting the Group through targeted reporting and management information, and supporting our projects teams with all aspects of project delivery as well as client/sales invoicing.
Steve joined Temple in 2017 as a Project Accountant, and his initial focus was the financial management of several of the HS2 Enabling Works Contracts. He has worked as part of our project team on most of our large contracts and has also delivered several internal policies including the Group Staff Expenses policy and the Financial Delegations of Authority matrix.
Before joining Temple, Steve worked within the Financial Services sector for over 25 years, predominantly within Finance and specialising in Business Partnering and Decision Support.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys swimming, playing squash and travelling.
