Rachel joined Temple in 2012 as an Administration Assistant, nine years later Rachel is now the Office & Facilities Manager for the company, overseeing the management of the seven offices in the business.
A key focus of her role is to provide support to all business functions along with her team, who were formed as part of the Business transformation. This version of the support team did not exist until May 2021, so it was an exciting opportunity to structure a centralised support team to fit with the businesses growing needs. During her time here she has overseen numerous office relocations, including three in the last year alone, with more in the pipeline.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her horse Coco and relaxing with a glass of prosecco with friends. Sometimes combing both with a ride to the local pub at weekends!
