Prudence joined Temple in 2020 and is a Principal Consultant, specialising in social value. She holds a Level 3 Social Value UK accreditation and has contributed to real-estate, construction and infrastructure social value working groups, papers and products.
At Temple, she advises across both property and infrastructure projects on how to achieve, measure and assess social value outcomes. She also Project Managers other community-focused services, such as Health Impact Assessments and Equality Impact Assessments.
Prudence’s key projects include Ecosystems and Social Value Analysis of Grosvenor Square Gardens (Grosvenor Group, 2020), Qualitative Research on Returning to the Metrolink (Transport for Greater Manchester 2021), as well as reviewing and writing a variety of Impact Assessments.
Outside of the office, Prudence has been a competitive coxswain at her local rowing club for the last 6 years and is keen on podcasts about British history.
