Melanie joined Temple in May 2023, initially on a fixed-term contract and then later as the permanent Head of Functional Operations, People & Learning. Her primary focus is to enhance the employee experience for all Temple employees, with every interaction, transaction and endeavour.
She has worked in Human Resources and Operations for 23 years, in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and South Africa and has worked in numerous sectors and industries. She brings with her a wealth of experience and seeks to use this to optimise Engagement at Temple, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can flourish.
