Jack Paine is a consultant in the Planning Team. He has over 3 years’ experience in development planning, having worked in consultancy and local government. Jack joined Temple in 2023 and is responsible for the management of complex planning applications for both private and public sector clients.
Since joining Temple, Jack has worked on large-scale projects in London, including the redevelopment of NHS sites, Green Belt development, and industrial marine infrastructure projects. Jack has also contributed to regeneration projects in the North of England and has developed a keen interest in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
Jack has over two years of experience in development management. In this role, he has been involved in managing a diverse range of planning applications and enforcement cases for an inner London planning authority. His work has included applications for new dwellings, complex listed building enforcement, and the management of planning appeals.
Jack holds a degree in Urban Regeneration and Planning, as well as a Master’s in Civic Design.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing football, golfing, and cycling around London with friends.
