Alex joined Temple through The Ecology Consultancy and has worked as part of the ecology team in London and Sussex since 2014.
He is currently an Associate Director and, in his role, helps to lead a team of ecologists in the southeast. During his time with Temple, he has worked on a range of projects including large scale developments and infrastructure schemes, where he has helped to design and deliver large scale ecological survey programmes. Alex was recently lead ecology author of 2 community areas of the HS2 Phase 2B supplementary environmental statement. He also writes Ecological Impact Assessments, ecology chapters for Environmental Statements and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments and provides technical and quality assurance to the ecology team.
Alongside work, Alex like to play badminton at his local club as well as going kayaking on the south coast. He also enjoys spending time in the kitchen and loves cooking a range of different cuisines for his young family.
