Terry O’Neill

Terry joined Temple back in 2014 as an Account Director. In the 2 years that he’s been with us he’s helped to transform our approach to client and account management, as well as to diversify our infrastructure portfolio.

At Temple he is responsible for co-ordinating strategic business development for major clients at all stages of a project and business lifecycle – from planning and environment appraisal, through to delivery, construction, risk and stakeholder management. He is also responsible for relationship management for major clients in the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Prior to working at Temple, Terry worked with Bureau Veritas, Mott MacDonald and GEC both in UK and China. At Mott MacDonald he led a business group focussed on the design and delivery of communications solutions for government clients. During this phase of his career he won and delivered several key projects in the transport sector including Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (Airport Express and London Underground Extensions), the new London Rail Concession for TfL and Dartford River Crossing toll systems upgrade.

Outside the office Terry helps with his sons’ football team, including refereeing when necessary! He has recently obtained his FA level 1 Coaching qualification. He is always interested in sport and is open to any corporate invitations to rugby, football, cricket…!
