Rhian Halford (née Locke)

Rhian joined Temple in April 2016 as a Principal Consultant. She has been responsible for developing Temple’s Construction Environment Management (CEM) service offering, alongside Terry O’Neill.

Since starting at Temple she’s worked tirelessly to establish this new service line and has also led on a range of pivotal bids for the company. Aside from her core work, she’s also been very active in sharing her knowledge with our wider network, including running a Rail Week event for young professionals and producing a thought piece for Ciria on ‘sustainable lessons for major infrastructure’.

Prior to working at Temple, Rhian worked as the EMS Manager at Crossrail. She was responsible for reducing the environmental impacts of Crossrail’s construction, which involved collaborative working with Tier 1 contractors.

Outside of the office Rhian is interested in running, rugby, travelling and reading. Recently she’s been organising Temple’s running club.

Rhian ran in Temple’s Great Team Relay. Her team finished in the top third of the overall race. We were very proud!
