James joined Temple in August 2017 and is a Technical Director within the EIA property team. He is an experienced Project Manager and Project Director, working on a range of environmental assessment projects in the UK.
James has undertaken EIAs for the retail, residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors with particular focus on urban regeneration schemes and tall buildings. Recent roles of note include: managing the EIA for the tallest office building in London (1 Undershaft) and the tallest residential building in London (the London Spire).
Prior to Temple, James spent five years working at URS / AECOM as the EIA Sector Lead for urban regeneration projects. He has worked with a number of property developers such as Ballymore, Hammerson, Berkley Group, Capital and Counties (Capco), Brookfield, Canary Wharf Group, Qatari DR and Greenland among others.
