Part of Temple’s digital delivery team and their product portfolio have been divested into a new entity, Linckia. The divestiture ensures greater agility and responsiveness and allows the team to accelerate growth by focusing on product development in new and emerging markets in the sustainability sector and collaborating with a wider range of strategic partners without any potential conflict.
Linckia, the former digital team of Temple, will continue to strengthen their market offering and share in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) with their applications for lifecycle management of BNG, built on the ESRI platform alongside advisory and consultancy support where relevant.
Linckia will also expand its sustainability platform services for businesses in the UK with a digital first approach, not only across apps for construction related services but also a platform for understanding and managing their impact on the environment in a time of growing climate awareness and evolving statutory pressures and guidance.
Luke Chittock, Co-founder of Linckia helps explain the move “Businesses across the UK recognise the opportunities and risks of the environment to their operations and customers, but increasing cost pressures in an uncertain macro environment means a lightweight, digital first approach is needed, so it can be adopted to inform and enable change”.
RMS – Founder and Chair of Linckia “It is a testament to the depth of our talent pool, and how hard everyone has worked, that we are now able to launch Linckia, an organisation dedicated to developing innovative digital geospatial approaches and products in the sustainability sector. I am confident it will make a big difference in this sector, securing better outcomes alongside important efficiency gains and thereby be an obvious choice for anyone operating in the sustainability space.
Linckia (www.Linckia.co.uk) is registered in the UK as Linckia Ltd and is owned by Temple Group Management Ltd.
