Xiangyu’s work in driving decarbonisation strategies, championing environmental best practices, and fostering cross-sector collaboration has made a significant impact, setting a benchmark for excellence in the field of environmental stewardship.
She has been nominated for the 2025 Environmental Professional of the Year, which highlights the best work of Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP) and Registered Environmental Technician.
The Society for the Environment (SocEnv) serves as the central body for environmental professionals. Our core responsibilities include licensing professional institutions to award the titles of Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP), and Registered Environmental Technician (REnvTech). They are dedicated to promoting best practices in environmental work and driving the progression of environmental professionalism.
