‘I was on the first ever IAP2 course in the UK, run at OPM, by Vivien Twyford. It was extremely valuable, giving me a great opportunity to spend time thinking constructively about some of the issues I encountered in my day to day work.’
Diane Beddoes, Chief Executive, Dialogue by Design.
‘I would highly recommend IAP2 for those actively doing consultation with the public and other stakeholders. Tanya had a wealth of experience to share and the course was insightful with a lot of interaction and role playing.’
Lucy Hayward-Speight, TfL Policy Manager, IAP course participant 2013.
‘The IAP2 training has been invaluable in my work to engage Londoners in actively shaping the policing service they receive [and] in the community engagement we have done to counter terrorism, but the principles underpinning them could be applied in any public policy work.’
Andy Hull, Metropolitan Police Authority, London
‘Tanya is a gifted trainer. She brings knowledge, energy, pertinent stories and inquiry to the trainer room. She fosters discussion to augment and enhance students’ learning. She is a terrific asset.’
