COVID-19 Temple Group’s latest update

As we all get to grips with our second national lockdown of 2020, Temple remains committed to our clients, employees, as well as being united with the UK Government in its approach to fighting and living with COVID-19. We are continuing to follow official guidance, sharing best practice, and ensuring the highest safety standards for all our staff and suppliers, wherever they are working.

Our staff continue to work from home where it is appropriate and effective for them to do so. Helped and supported by the work we have done with them over the past six months to make sure they all have a comfortable, safe and effective work environment away from the office. This has included amending previous ways of working, developing alternative processes and systems, investing in new equipment and undertaking health, safety and well-being monitoring. Recognising the importance of looking out for one another, regular communications, newsletters, home-working tips and safety updates, as well as formal and informal staff engagement events, have become a common feature of our new everyday life.

The latest guidelines enable site work to continue and we are supporting our site teams, guaranteeing the highest safety standards are maintained and that all our site workers have the correct equipment to make sure they can do this. Our ongoing commitment to our clients and our site teams is to achieve the highest levels of health and safety, in line with the latest guidance from Government, Public Health Authorities and Industry/Professional organisations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on our industry but Temple remains committed to bouncing back better, to setting new targets and working together with our teams, clients and communities to make sure we get there working towards out goals and values.
