The Dingwall Road loop was developed closely with LB Croydon to support one of the largest town centre regeneration projects in London. The development was expected to create over 5,000 permanent local job opportunities and deliver between 400 and 600 new homes, with the number of passengers using the tram network in the area expected to double by 2030. The scheme involved providing a new link to the existing tram network and a new tram stop on Lansdowne Road.
Temple undertook the EIA for the Tramtrack Croydon (Dingwall Road Loop) Order which was an extension to the existing tram network in Croydon as part of a Transport and Works Act Order.
