Tony Draper - Principal Associate

Tony has over 25 years experience of working in local government, primarily in the housing sector, working in a range of different roles covering most housing issues.  He has worked at strategic development level, in operational delivery and partnership development.  His high level managerial experience covered major change programmes, management of large staff groups and resource management.

He has extensive experience of working across local authority departments, contributing to the development of a whole range of strategies and service delivery mechanisms.

He is experienced in working with a range of partners and agencies to ensure the effective delivery of services.

More recently he has been developing the range of services that Temple can offer, such as independent tenant and resident advice, as well as marketing the services that Temple can offer.
