Colin Cobbing - Principal Associate
Colin is an Environmental Health Officer and has specialised in the field of environmental protection and management for almost twenty years. He has advised clients in both the public and private sectors and is a specialist in environmental assessment, giving expert evidence at Planning Inquiries and court cases. He frequently works on major transport projects and implementing local environmental policies, strategies and action plans.
Colin has worked for a number of London boroughs and environmental consultancies, and was a witness on noise and air quality issues at the Inquiry into Heathrow’s Terminal 5.
More recently, he has worked for Temple Group on Thameslink 2000 and has been involved in a range of other Temple Group projects including the Defra/CIEH Noise Management Guide and a number of ‘mixed use’ and brown-field developments.
