David Simpson - Technical Director (Planning)

David is Temple Group's Director of Planning. David has over 30 years experience in urban planning and regeneration in both the public and private sectors.

David has considerable experience establishing and managing planning teams and projects for a range of clients and consultants both in the UK and abroad. He specialises in urban development and master planning as well as the planning aspects of major transport infrastructure projects.  

He previously worked as Head of Planning with Mott MacDonald for 6 years and for over a decade as Planning Manager for the London Docklands Development Corporation. Prior to this he worked for two London local planning authorities dealing with all aspects of statutory planning and policy.
