John Rowland - Technical Director

John has over 12 years’ experience in the environment sector both within local government and private consultancy.  He is an established project manager.

John’s expertise lies within environmental assessment and management, specifically noise and vibration, and air quality, as well as the broader topics of EIA, sustainability and environmental management systems and modelling and monitoring programmes. He has provided expert evidence at a number of Planning Inquiries on behalf of both private and public sector clients.

John has held previous roles at Jacobs UK Ltd, RPS Plc, Ashdown Environmental Ltd, Arun District Council and Fugro Environmental Ltd.
