Phil Warner - Associate

Phil Warner is an associate consultant with Temple Group and has extensive experience of working in a range of roles within social housing and particularly in consultation with stakeholder groups.

Phil has worked with several local authorities and RSLs to develop Best Value Improvements and to create systems for improving and monitoring performance. He reports on quality and performance measures at board and Chief Executive level.

He was instrumental in developing teams that subsequently achieved Charter Mark status and won LGC awards for developing Equality and Housing Team of the Year. In addition he has been closely involved in creating partnering agreements for repairs and maintenance.

He is a member of the Board of an ALMO and, with his partner, has worked on NRF projects within Social Services.
