Phil Green - Financial Director

Phil is Temple’s Financial Director with direct responsibilities for all financial returns. He oversees all accounting activities and year end procedures and, alongside the the managing director, sets the budgets for the company and its Divisions.

He is also head of Prism Group’s management development practice, specialising in leadership training and team development.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he moved into commerce in 1985, initially in finance-based roles but steadily evolving into general management and business development in the travel, banking and finance industries. He formed Wyndham Green Associates in 1997, a mixed accountancy and management development consultancy practice, merging that business into the newly formed Prism Group in 2004.
