He has considerable experience in leading and managing complex planning applications for the private sector. He has also led master planning work and policy and advisory projects for local authorities and government bodies.

Mark has been involved in proposals within Central London including the redevelopment of Arthur Stanley House for UCLHC, new Stations for TfL and other housing and mixed use schemes within Lewisham, Croydon and Newham. Mark also leads major planning and EIA housing schemes in Essex.

He has also led and managed work for DCLG on improvements to the planning system, plan policy making, changes in the performance measurement of local authorities and the future of regional development bodies. He has also worked as a planning officer to help deliver major mixed-use regeneration and infrastructure proposals.

Mark holds a degree in Town Planning and a post graduate Diploma in planning and urban design.

Outside of the office, when he’s not spending time with his young family, Mark tries to stay fit by doing athletics – with a particular interest in running. Mark is part of our team that goes out to MIPIM in Cannes.
