| Company Structure
The rapid growth of Temple and expansion of services we offer led to the formation of Temple Group Ltd in November 2004. This restructuring has allowed us to focus our services provided for each discipline and present them to clients in a more meaningful manner.
Temple Group Ltd consists of four business divisions:

Temple Group has developed an approach that offers our clients the flexibility to call on our skills and services as and when they need them.
In addition to the traditional consultancy role, discussed in greater depth below, our specialists can be seconded to clients on a short, medium or long term basis to manage complex projects or are often called off for limited periods for specific tasks when required. This has proved highly cost effective for clients as they do not have to pay for time that they do not need.
Temple have also developed mentoring strategies whereby our consultants provide their expertise over the medium term to guide and support in-house personnel on projects that may otherwise stretch resources unacceptably or where there is a specific skills shortage. |
 |
|
We have acted as lead consultant on a number of prestigious projects managing multi disciplinary teams comprising a number of consultants and practices to undertake complex projects on behalf of clients.
We offer an extensive range of services across our four business divisions and allied services. The services we provide are shown under their relevant division below. Again you can use the links to see more detail for each service.

Temple Service Lines
Temple offers a wide range of services across our four business divisions. In some cases, the service we supply to clients will be highly specific whilst in other cases a combination of services may be required. One way in which our services can be represented is as a jigsaw which best demonstrates the building blocks that make up our service offering. |

We actively promote the partnering arrangements with our clients which helps achieve a good working relationship and in particular:

Our Experience
Senior personnel at Temple do not only have a management responsibility but are heavily engaged in the projects. Our business model ensures that teh management responsibilities are less onerous than they otherwise would be in a large organisation. This allows the clients to benefit from the advice of senior professionals who have extensive experience and a wide range of skills.
Our Associates are also part of our core team and we have access to further resources through our long established consultancy network. Many of these professionals are of national and international acclaim. This ‘additional’ resource allows us to be flexible in the way we resource projects and means we can tailor the resources to the specific needs of the client.
Through our experience of major infrastructure projects we have developed a sound understanding of the design process and associated management issues including interface management, design freeze and value engineering techniques. We take a pro-active approach to capturing environmental and associated risks with any scheme/planning approvals. This approach ensures corresponding costs and programmes are realistic and that associated risks are fully acknowledged and managed out of the process through time.
We give details of the services we have provided to clients and our experience gained in our projects libraries. You can have a look at specific projects and see how we benefited you clients by using the links.
