Temple provided detailed noise measurements and reporting to assess the impact of the sites activities on nearby residential properties, in order to satisfy the requirements of the Environmental Agency as a condition of the IPPC permit.
Temple provided noise-monitoring services in order to determine whether noise from the plant was perceptible at the closest residential properties. Attended night-time measurements were taken on site and outside the boundary to the site. Unattended measurements were also taken at nearby sensitive residential locations. An assessment was made as to whether the noise from the site adversely affects nearby dwellings. Temple supplied a detailed noise report suitable for application to the Environment Agency in support of the IPPC permit.
