Service Definition
Temple has developed a unique specialist Managing Consultant Service (Managing Agent role) for clients to support them in dealing with their ongoing contaminated land issues.
Temple Managing Consultants work closely with clients, often as an embedded resource, as an integral but independent member of their team.
Temple can also offer procurement and contractual advice on land remediation projects. We have developed some innovative partnering arrangements with clients on recent projects that have resulted in significant time and cost savings.
Service Requirements
The scope of our Managing Consultant role is flexible. We can provide any or all of the following services to supplement clients’ in house resources. Some clients only need specialist input during the procurement of environmental consultants and contractors, others require the full service.
