Temple provided a detailed review and analysis of the noise assessment carried out by the applicants in order to determine whether the assessment, including scoping, prediction of impacts, consideration of alternatives, and its data was fit for purpose. Temple assessed whether the assessment methodology and conclusions concurs with current and emerging best practice and provided specific advice as to whether a planning refusal on noise grounds alone was appropriate.
