Double success for Temple at 2015 Business Excellence Awards
Temple’s Managing Director Chris Fry was awarded Business Manager of the year and Temple was highly commended in the SME Business Excellence category at the inaugural Environment Analyst Business Excellence Awards.
The awards were held in September 2015 as part of the EA’s Business Summit. The awards are designed to recognise and applaud business achievement in UK environmental consultancy. The categories – SME Business Excellence, Large Firm Business Excellence, and Business Manager 2015 – covered business issues including growth, mergers & acquisitions, service innovation/new practice areas, overseas development, and individual industry leadership.
Following receipt of his award Chris commented ‘I am delighted to receive the Business Manager award which I very much share with the great team at Temple. The UK environmental consultancy market is now very dynamic and I see great opportunities by embracing the three C’s: coaching and developing our talent; creative thinking for clients; and collaboration’. And in relation to the commendation for Temple he added ‘Receiving recognition for Temple’s recent growth and achievements in the SME Business Excellence category was really pleasing. It reflects the excellent work done by our people and the strong relationships we enjoy with our clients, with our sister company The Ecology Consultancy and our other collaborative partners. We’ve set out our stall for the coming years in our 2020 growth plan and we are really looking forward to contributing to projects associated with the UK’s investment in infrastructure, property development and regeneration’.
