Overview
Temple Consulting provides a range of management and support services to public and private sectors.
Temple Consulting has a wide range of project and programme managers together with specialists who work across a range of disciplines from consultation and communication through to procurement, service reviews and organisational development.
Our Senior Team hold a range of management and project/programme management qualifications including MBAs and equivalent, PRINCE and are experienced in working in many different sectors.

Main Business Activity
We have worked in a wide range of environments in the public and private sectors and have worked on programmes and projects ranging from small scale schemes to £10bn projects.
In many cases we have worked on projects from inception through to completion which has given us some valuable insights into best practice in project management and delivery.
This whole project experience and holistic perspective means we are well placed to advise on what works in practice and develop effective and efficient project management procedures based on good practice.
We have also operated as an Independent Advisor and represented and supported residents groups in complex negotiations on sensitive and challenging issues. Our Approach
We believe that public consultation, dialogue and participation are central to design and development processes. Moreover, the need to secure “joined-up thinking” between the various disciplines and securing consensus amongst the main stakeholders is key to achieving successful outcomes.
We have delivered procurement services, service reviews and organisational development using a variety of techniques and tools. Correspondingly, these are areas where we have achieved successful outcomes, improved service delivery, added value and, in some cases, secured awards in recognition of our achievements.
